Cancelation policy, reimbursement and no show

Cancelation deadline

Cancelations are not allowed for the following 14 days after the purchase. In case of no cancelation or no show, no reimbursement shall be given.

Reimbursement deadline

Reimbursements are issued within 14 days.

Cancelation and reimbursements for credit card payments (Unicre system)

Payments made with a credit card (Unicre system) shall be reimbursed through the same channel to the credit card owner used to complete the purchase.

Cancelation requests should be addressed to with the following information:
-    Electronic ticket code
-    Credit card owner’s name, with which the purchase was made
